Imperial Square is a Gold Coast empire in the making. The accommodation and commercial complex will be built over four stages to capture the tourism market. Stage One will comprise of 225 luxury 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and two 4 bedroom penthouses.

Stage Two will boast a 40 level tower. Stage Three will see the development of one of the tallest towers in the world, comprising 108 levels. Stage Four will complete Imperial Square with a 68 level tower. All four towers will be vertically integrated.
